Individual Coaching at your work
Helen can come to you at your workplace or a coffee shop near you and provide you with personal coaching on a one to one basis. Helen utilizes current systemic thinking, brain research, cognitive-behavioural, solution focused and strengths based models to draw out your direction, goals and strategies. She has had years of experience in developing leadership skills in others and is very aware of the qualities that will assist you develop as a leader and grow as a person.
Group Coaching for Executives
This is a wonderful opportunity to get peer support and challenge as well as professional coaching. Helen runs groups for people in executive roles. There are choices of groups for men, women or mixed. The groups consist of six business people from different companies who work within an agreed upon framework to achieve goals and outcomes for their business and their own professional lives. These groups meet fortnightly or monthly for two hours and Helen facilitates a dynamic and useful process, guaranteed to get results!!
Walk the Talk
Have a one on one session with Helen walking through beautiful Mt Cootha bushland or an area of your choice. Helen believes that movement assists you to work out your barriers to success because there are strong links between the emotional and physical and so to be physically moving whilst discussing your work or personal issues helps you to notice what impact issues are having on the body. At its simplest level people often do their talking in uninspiring places where we lock our body in and these sessions are an antidote to that!! Many people who are in demanding and stressful roles, tend to get trapped in their heads and lose touch with their body. These coaching sessions support you to gently notice and reconnect with your body as you grapple intellectually and emotionally with the changes you are making.
Group Coaching
Helen can meet at your office or her own office to facilitate coaching between a group of colleagues. Helen has worked with groups for over two decades and is highly skilled in managing the interactive dynamics of a group whilst drawing out and affirming peoples strengths and holding people to account in staying focused on a particular direction.
Team Development and Strategic Planning
Helen will design a program that best meets the needs of your team or organization, based on a preliminary consultation with the leaders, before facilitating the process and following up after the facilitation to clarify an action plan.
